Job summary
Grant Thornton UK is hiring an Finance Transformation Manager or Assistant Manager in Finance Consulting to drive controllership transformation and close automation. You will work with senior finance leaders, shaping our offerings while developing in a high‑profile role at the intersection of finance operations, process redesign and enabling technology.
You will grow through leadership of workstreams, stakeholder management and the deployment of automation solutions across FloQast, OneStream,
Qualifications
- ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA with post‑qualification experience
- Strong finance transformation and controllership experience
- Experience leading workstreams and teams
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams within controllership and financial close transformations
- Analyse current close processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities
- Design improved close calendars, account reconciliation frameworks and workflows
- Manage engagement budgets and timelines
- Build client relationships and act as trusted point of contact
