The Control Tower Shift Manager will join the SCS Logistics team that manages construction logistics across the HS2 main works. They will lead a team of logistics coordinators, coaching and developing them to exceed stakeholder requirements.

Based in London, the role involves shift-based operational leadership, daily briefs, and close collaboration with the wider SCS area teams. Flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Control Tower Operations while on shift.
• Daily briefings and high team performance.
• Offering continuous improvement opportunities.
• Deputising for Control Tower Manager when required.
• Control Tower Systems Super User.
• Escalation for any incidents / problem.
• Management of Team Performance.
• Good working relationship with all Stakeholders.
