Job summary

Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture (SCS JV) is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to support the HS2 main works. The role focuses on delivering efficient site logistics across the NW London area, coordinating with site teams, suppliers and drivers, and ensuring adherence to safety and planning forecasts.

You will manage gate and site capacity, produce KPI reports, respond to queries, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Logistics Hub at NW10.

Qualifications

• Experience with site logistics and coordination.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices.
• Customer-focused with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote Health and Safety in the workplace.
• Adherence and promotion of logistics processes with emphasis on system compliance.
• Ensure supplier, vehicle and driver compliance.
• Manage site and gate capacities based on planning forecasts.
• Produce KPI reports in line with HS2 requirements.
• Non-conformance management and support solution implementation.
• Any other business relating to organizing the logistics coordinator role.
