Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture is seeking a Control Tower Shift Manager to lead logistics operations on the HS2 London worksite. Based full-time on site at Willesden Junction, you will manage a team of logistics coordinators, drive performance, and coordinate with the Control Tower Manager and stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers and rapid escalation of incidents.

This role is for a Control Tower Shift Manager
The Control Tower Shift Manager will report to the Control Tower Manager and join the SCS Logistics team that manages construction logistics across the HS2 main works. They will be responsible for Control Tower Operations and ensuring all stakeholders requirements are exceeded.
The role has line management responsibility for a team of logistics coordinators and will be expected to lead, coach and develop their team.
The role is aimed at an ambitious, dynamic and enthusiastic Logistics professional who wants to be part of a team that is developing a logistics operation which will be deployed across future major construction projects.
This role is based full time on site Monday - Friday at our office location in Willesden Junction.
The role will work on the HS2 project. HS2 is the UK’s new high speed rail network. It will be a catalyst for economic growth across Britain, freeing up space on the existing railways and connecting 8 out of the UK’s 10 biggest cities with fast, reliable and frequent high speed services
