Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience of professional control room environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake shift work.

Responsibilities

• Line management of BBV Control Room Operators.
• Coordinate emergency responses and incident reporting.
• Administer shift rota and changes for mobile patrols.
• Coordinate security equipment and assets across the site.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and security plans.
• Notify BBV Head of Security and follow SIDME for out of hours incidents.
• Maintain communications network during significant incidents.
