Job summary

Northern Security Ltd is seeking a Control and Scheduling Manager to lead the central monitoring function, ensuring safety of personnel and assets while driving continuous improvement across the Control Room. You will align workforce planning with operational needs and growth initiatives.

The role focuses on supervising a team of operators, coordinating rotas for 200+ security officers, and developing standard procedures to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-pressure environments.
• Strong understanding of data protection requirements.
• Experience managing complex rotas and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Outlook/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Control Room operators to high performance.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and staffing gaps.
• Ensure 24/7 Control Room coverage and operational continuity.
• Coordinate incident responses and liaison with emergency services as required.
