Qualifications:

• Extensive experience designing and architecting Control M solutions with strategic planning and roadmap development skills.
• Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks.
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience understanding.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and managing organizational change in complex IT environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and process automation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate/Professional in Control M) or equivalent experience are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligning with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, outlining priorities and innovations.
• Engage with Control M vendors to influence their roadmap based on internal feedback.
• Collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Communicate strategy and roadmap through presentations and briefings.
• Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate adoption of initiatives.
• Design testing frameworks, including automated functional and non-functional tests.
• Develop monitoring systems using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry.
• Implement automated operational processes for efficiency and manual reduction.

Feature Innovation & Self-Service:

• Identify and prioritize new features based on user and management feedback.
• Develop self-service tools and automated solutions to improve user experience and compliance.
• Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for agile deployment.
• Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
