Qualifications:

• Extensive experience designing and architecting Control M solutions, with strategic planning skills
• Deep technical expertise in Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience understanding
• Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation
• Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate in Control M) are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years
• Collaborate with Control M vendor to influence product development
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
• Communicate strategies and roadmaps effectively across the organization
• Build relationships to facilitate collaboration and adoption of initiatives
• Lead testing strategies, including automation and environment setup
• Design monitoring frameworks using Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency

Feature Innovation & Self-Service:

• Identify and prioritize new features based on user feedback
• Develop self-service tools and automate solutions for users
• Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines
• Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments
