Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions, with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development.
- Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugins, integrations, and automated testing frameworks.
- Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience understanding.
- Proven track record in driving improvement initiatives and managing organizational change in complex IT environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with observability tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes.
- Relevant certifications such as BMC Certified Associate or Professional in Control M are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive a comprehensive Control M strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 1-3 years, prioritizing features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with Control M vendors, influencing their product roadmap based on internal needs.
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Communicate strategy and plans effectively through presentations and briefings.
- Build relationships across teams to foster collaboration and ensure successful implementation.
- Lead testing strategies, including setting up environments and automation for functional and non-functional testing.
- Design and implement monitoring frameworks using tools like Splunk and ThousandEyes.
- Automate critical operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Feature Innovation & Self-Service:
- Identify and prioritize new features based on user feedback.
- Develop self-service tools to enhance user experience and compliance.
- Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for Control M.
- Establish cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
