Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in designing and architecting Control M solutions with a focus on strategic planning and roadmap development
  • Deep technical expertise with Control M, including plugin integrations and automated testing frameworks
  • Broad IT infrastructure knowledge, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance and operational resilience
  • Proven track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing organizational change in complex IT environments
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and implementing open telemetry
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline integration, and process automation
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Associate/Professional in Control M 21x) or equivalent experience are highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive strategy by creating a holistic end-to-end Control M strategy aligning vendor insights with business goals
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining priorities and future objectives for 1-3 years
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Control M vendor, influencing their roadmap based on internal feedback
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather and prioritize requirements
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and technical briefings to ensure organizational alignment
  • Build and maintain relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration
  • Design testing frameworks, including automated functional and non-functional tests emphasizing regression, performance, and stress testing
  • Architect proactive monitoring systems using tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and open telemetry
  • Automate critical operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks

Feature Innovation & Self-Service Enablement:

  • Identify and prioritize new features based on user and management feedback
  • Develop self-service tools and automated solutions to enhance user experience and compliance
  • Define DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines for agile deployment
  • Establish and implement cybersecurity frameworks tailored to Control M environments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
