Job summary

Selwood Limited is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our Chandler's Ford, Hampshire office on a 6-8 month fixed-term contract. You will administer, negotiate and manage contracts and supply agreements to align with business needs.

Key responsibilities include contract review and risk evaluation, negotiation, compliance support and maintaining commercial systems and data, with focus on NEC and standard forms.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of standard form and bespoke contracts within the Construction or allied industries is highly advantageous.
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts and related frameworks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer standard form and bespoke contracts across enquiry to completion phases.
• Support contract negotiation and sign-off and identify contract risk and implications.
• Maintain commercial systems and data and provide business support for commercial activities.
• Liaise with clients on non-standard terms and conditions and ensure compliance.
• Promote compliance with company policy and procedure and manage contract interfaces.
