Job summary

Selwood is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire office on a 6–8 month fixed-term contract. You will administer, negotiate and manage contracts and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and minimising risk while supporting the pump rental business unit.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of standard form and bespoke contracts within the Construction or allied industries is highly advantageous.
• Working knowledge of a wide range of contracts specifically including NEC.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration across receipt, negotiation and completion phases.
• Support Sales & Solutions resources to evaluate contract strategies at enquiry.
• Contract review, general assessment and risk evaluation.
• Contract negotiation and sign-off.
• Identification, communication and management of contract mechanisms.
• Conduct / support contract mechanisms and management requirements.
• Provide business support for commercial activities.
• Administer, maintain and develop commercial systems and data.
