Job summary

Vista, the world’s leading business aviation group, is seeking a contracts coordinator to oversee post-execution review and processing of standard-form legal agreements in our contract module. You will distill complex text with precision and collaborate with Vista Legal, Finance, Product, Sales and Tech to ensure data fidelity.

Qualifications

• Qualifying law degree (LLB, GDL, SQE) or similar.
• 1-2 years in a similar contracts role.
• Digital literacy with MS Office and business tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrable contract experience.
• Commercial debt resolution / litigation experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to distil legalese and maintain data fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-execution review, synthesis and processing of standard-form agreements.
• Update and improve the contract repository and templates; roll out changes.
• Extract billing, operational and commercial terms from new client contracts and addenda; ensure accurate memorialisation across systems.
• Support IT and other departments with internal systems improvements.
• Assist with global litigation portfolio and coordination with Legal and Finance.
