Job summary

Vista Global is seeking a paralegal to oversee, administer, improve, and update our bespoke commercial contract repository. The role focuses on post-execution review, synthesis, and processing of complex but standard-form agreements and addenda; close collaboration with Vista Legal, Finance, Product, Sales and Tech to ensure data fidelity.

Qualifications

• Qualifying law degree (LLB, GDL, SQE) or similar.
• 1–2 years in a paralegal or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with contract templates and document management.
• Commercial debt resolution or litigation exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the company’s product and contract goals.
• Use and maintain document and contract repositories; support updates.
• Review new client contracts and addenda; extract terms; memorialize data across platforms.
• Translate legal concepts into actionable insights for other departments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for systems and agreements; support Sales and Finance.
• Support IT in improving internal systems and tools.
• Assist with the global litigation portfolio (investigations, letters before action, etc.).
• Assist with other projects as needed.
