Linear Recruitment, on behalf of a North East England tiling specialist, seeks a Contracts Manager to lead multiple tiling contracts. You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, liaise with clients and main contractors, and drive cost efficiency and timely completion across the region.

You will manage from handover through to final account, ensuring safety, quality and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships and growth for the business.

Formación

• Proven experience in Contracts Manager or similar role in construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of programmes, site coordination and subcontractor management.
• Good commercial awareness including cost control and profitability.
• Ability to build relationships with main contractors, clients and site teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, able to manage competing priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple commercial tiling contracts from award to completion.
• Coordinate site managers, supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.
• Plan labour, materials, plant and resources to meet programmes.
• Liaise with main contractors and clients to maintain relationships.
• Monitor costs, budgets, variations and profitability.
• Identify and manage variations and contractual changes.
• Ensure delivery in line with drawings, specs, safety standards.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to senior management.
• Manage snagging, defects, practical completion and final accounts.
• Support growth through effective contract management and client retention.
