Job summary

TSR is seeking a Contracts Manager with a drylining background to oversee commercial projects across the North of England, particularly Yorkshire. Based in Sheffield, you will manage 2-4 multi-million-pound drylining projects and ensure delivery from start to finish.

You will attend prestart meetings, write site programmes, monitor progress against budget, quality standards, and costs, while leading labour, supervisors, subcontractors, and liaising with the commercial team and QS.

Qualifications

• Hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Strong IT and reporting skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 multi-million-pound drylining projects at a time.
• Attend prestart meetings and manage delivery from start to finish.
• Write and manage site programmes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality.
• Manage labour, managers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure H&S compliance across all sites.
• Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control.
• Project values circa £1-5 million.
• Report directly to the Regional Director.
