Job summary

TSR Recruitment are working with a specialist drylining contractor to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial drylining projects across the North of England.

Based in Sheffield, you will manage 2-4 multi-million-pound schemes, write and control site programmes, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality while leading labour, supervisors and subcontractors and maintaining H&S across sites.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of internal trades.
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
• Minimum 5 years' management experience.
• Good IT and reporting skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–4 multi-million-pound drylining projects at a time.
• Attend prestart meetings and manage delivery from start to finish.
• Write and manage site programmes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Manage labour, managers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure H&S compliance across all sites.
• Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control.
• Project values circa £1–5 million.
• Report directly to the Regional Director.
