Job summary

Anchor Group Services in the United Kingdom seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee security services across multiple sites. You will lead Site Managers and frontline teams, ensuring contractual delivery, KPI achievement and strong client relationships.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, flexibility to travel nationally, and a focus on operational excellence with governance on GDPR and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership and remote team management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across a portfolio of customer sites.
• Ensure all security services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, SLAs and client expectations.
• Manage and support Site Managers, Security Supervisors and onsite security officers.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and quality assurance visits for compliance and service excellence.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
