Job summary

Guarding24Seven Services Ltd in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Security Services) to oversee the operational delivery and commercial management of our security contracts across multiple client sites.

You will act as the primary client contact, ensure compliance with SLAs and UK regulations, manage staffing, budgets, and drive service excellence while maintaining continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in security contract management or senior operational supervision.
• Strong knowledge of UK security regulations, SIA licensing, BS7858 vetting, and H&S legislation.
• Solid commercial awareness, budget management, and resource planning skills.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site security contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the primary client contact, conducting service reviews and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain optimal site staffing and supervise, mentor, and evaluate security personnel.
• Conduct regular site visits, quality audits, risk assessments, and SIA compliance checks.
• Monitor operational budgets, staffing costs, and performance metrics to drive cost efficiency.
• Update and maintain site-specific Assignment Instructions (AIs), risk assessments, and standard procedures.
