Future Prospects Group Ltd seeks a Contracts Manager for our Newark-based role. You will lead a team of Engineers and Coordinators, manage contracts, visit sites, and ensure delivery within timelines while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary and opportunities to drive process improvements across the contracts function.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in installations and project management.
Experience with ERP systems (Sage, Oracle, SAP) and MS Office.
Willingness to travel and hold a UK driving license.
Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Process contracts with staff to meet timescales, costs and client instructions.
Visit sites and maintain high standards of customer relationships.
Progress current contracts and chair weekly production meetings with departments.
Support Coordinators with on-site events; liaise with clients and engineers daily.
Update spreadsheets regularly and monitor installations.
Monitor progress and site attendance daily.
Organise holiday/sickness cover with Service & Maintenance Manager and liaise with Service Manager.
Provide weekend rotation when Engineers are on site.
Process timesheets, expenses and invoices.
Monitor work performance of site engineers with Service Dept Manager.
Lead recruitment, motivation, performance management, coaching & development.
Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
