Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager for a market-leading gate and barrier firm based in Newark, NG24. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads a team of engineers and coordinators to deliver contracts to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate resources, manage budgets, liaise with clients and suppliers, and drive process improvements while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in installations and project management.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management.
• Clear communication with all levels of the business.
• Willingness to travel and hold UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and coordinators to manage all contracts.
• Coordinate resources and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee contract administration, invoicing and documentation.
