Job summary

Unknown client in the engineering-led sector is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their senior management team. Reporting to the COO, you will lead engineers and coordinators and oversee all contract delivery from order to completion.

You will liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams, drive improvements, ensure compliance, and support invoicing, timesheets and reporting. A minimum of 3 years in installations or project management and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in installations/project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and organisational ability.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g. Sage, SAP, Oracle).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing engineering-led organisation, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior management team. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will lead a team of engineers and coordinators while managing all aspects of the Contracts Department. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
