Hays Construction are currently working with a large Housebuilding Contractor who are experiencing significant growth and expanding their business.

We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple New Build Housing projects across North Wales. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional results.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Deliver an exceptional product, to the highest standards.
• Support the commerciality and cost management of each development.
• Lead the successful delivery of multiple New Build Housing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard and specification.
• Manage contracts from start to finish; from inception to completion.
• Monitor project progress, resolving any challenges efficiently.
• Drive quality, health, and safety standards across all sites.
• Lead sites through effective communication, development of teams, and management.

You must be an extremely strong leader, communicator, and have extensive demonstrable experience of delivering New Build Housing schemes.
