Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS as a minimum.
• Experience within screeding, underfloor heating, flooring, M&E or a related construction sector would be highly advantageous.

Due to continued growth, they require a Contracts Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, managing clients, subcontractors, programmes and resources to ensure everything is delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

Your Role As A Contracts Manager Will Include:
