Excellis Recruitment Ltd has a strong opportunity for a Contracts Manager in the Screeding and UFH sector, based near Dartford. The role oversees projects from start to finish, coordinating clients, subcontractors, programmes and resources to deliver safe, on-time outcomes within budget.

The ideal candidate will have SMSTS/SSSTS and proven experience managing multiple construction projects, with capability to drive progress and maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification required.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in screeding, underfloor heating, flooring or related construction sectors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple screeding and UFH projects from start to finish.
• Manage clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Plan programmes, budgets and resources.
• Attend site meetings and resolve issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget.
