Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager within construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS as a minimum.
• Experience within screeding, underfloor heating, flooring, M&E or a related construction sector would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple screeding and underfloor heating projects from start to completion.
• Managing clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Managing project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Attending site meetings and resolving project issues.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required standards.
