Join today and build progress with us.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and impactful role? As our Contract Manager within our Contracting Surfacing business, you'll play a central part in overseeing essential projects that keep us at the forefront of the construction materials industry.

Covering the South West, including Swindon, Bristol, and Oxfordshire, you will oversee key operations and project delivery across these regions.

  • You’ll take charge of delivering essential projects within Highways and Local Authority frameworks, ensuring they’re completed smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
  • Working closely with clients, you’ll foster strong partnerships, finding innovative ways to improve processes and create real value for everyone involved.
  • Safety will always be a priority—you’ll create an environment where it’s second nature for everyone on site.
  • You’ll guide and support your team, helping them grow their skills and stay motivated to deliver their best work.
  • You’ll lead by example, setting the standard for quality, compliance, and professionalism in everything you do.
  • You’ll work with clients to identify future opportunities, laying the groundwork for new projects and continued success.

Who you are

  • You bring hands-on experience in contract management, ideally within surfacing, construction or a related industry.
  • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and thrive on planning and problem-solving.
  • Your leadership skills shine when motivating a team, and you have a natural flair for building strong relationships with clients and partners alike.
  • You’re commercially minded, always looking for opportunities to deliver value while staying on track with project goals.
  • Problem-solving comes second nature to you – whether it’s overcoming operational challenges or finding innovative ways to improve processes.

Benefits

Competitive Salary, plus bonus, 25 days holiday + your local bank holidays (with options to increase) and other benefits - all recognising the contribution you bring.

Be valued and supported, working as part of a highly respected team in a business that has a huge focus on Health & Safety.

We care about you and your family. That’s why we offer enhanced family benefits, including maternity, paternity, and adoption leave. We understand that your personal life and family well-being are just as important as your career, so we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Be part of something bigger with our "Women Empowered - Stronger Together Mentor Program," designed to support, inspire, and uplift women across the business. This initiative pairs women with mentors, creating a powerful support network that promotes career growth and personal development.
