Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee our Aluminium business from either the Birmingham or Preston site. The role combines commercial focus with a customer-centric approach, managing contracts from enquiry to delivery and driving profitability across extruded aluminium, fabrication, and MaaS offerings.

You will build long-term partnerships with customers, identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, and support strategic bids and tenders while leveraging SAP

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial, account management, contracts management, business development, or sales-focused role.
• Track record of achieving sales, revenue, or profitability targets.
• Experience managing customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective planning, organisation, and time management, with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of extruded aluminium, fabrication, and MaaS by converting new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Build relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify opportunities in new markets, sectors, and customer segments to expand the portfolio.
• Deliver against sales, revenue, and margin targets while supporting wider business growth objectives.
• Monitor and report on customer accounts, opportunities, and performance, ensuring profitable outcomes.
