Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for our Birmingham-based aluminium team, offering hybrid working from Birmingham or Preston. You will develop and grow the aluminium product portfolio, manage contracts end-to-end, and drive strong commercial performance with a customer-centric approach.

You will build long-term partnerships, identify opportunities to expand offerings, and maximise value across extrusion, fabrication, and MaaS solutions while supporting EBIT and tkVA

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial, account management, contracts management, or sales-focused role.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales, revenue, or profitability targets.
• Experience managing customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue, profitability, and market share across accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and tailor solutions.
• Identify opportunities in new markets and segments.
• Deliver against sales, revenue, and margin targets.
• Support budgeting and forecasting to achieve EBIT and tkVA targets.
• Generate opportunities through visits, networking, and business development.
• Monitor performance of customer accounts and seek growth opportunities.
• Promote full range of products and capabilities aligned to customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and tenders.
• Support strategic bids and commercial proposals for key opportunities.
• Manage contracts from enquiry to delivery and ensure service levels.
• Maintain customer stock agreements and contract reports using SAP.
• Process sales orders and maintain data; track invoicing and pipeline.
