Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd seeks an experienced Contracts Manager for its Aluminium team in Birmingham, with hybrid working from either Birmingham or Preston. You will oversee contracts from enquiry to delivery, nurture customer relationships, and drive revenue and margin across extrusion, fabrication, and MaaS offerings.

You will collaborate across functions to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service to customers while maintaining robust commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial, account management, contracts management, business development, or sales-focused role.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales, revenue, or profitability targets.
• Experience managing customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
