Peaks & Plains Housing Trust is seeking a Contracts Administrator to coordinate repairs, voids and planned investments, acting as the main liaison between contract managers, internal teams and external partners. The role focuses on keeping accurate records and producing performance reports while informing customers and contractors promptly of updates.

The position is permanent with agile working options, including home working and travel to properties and sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central link between contract managers, internal teams and external partners on repairs, voids and planned investment contracts
• Ensure high standards of quality and service across these contracts
• Maintain accurate records
• Produce performance reports
• Support complaint investigations
• Undertake routine inspections
• Act as the key point of contact so customers and contractors stay informed
• Escalate cost, safety or contractual concerns quickly
• Hold contractors accountable to service standards
• Travel to customer properties, construction sites and contractor work areas as needed
