Job summary

Artic Building Services Ltd in Dartford is seeking a Commercial Contracts Administrator to run the admin heartbeat of our contracts. You will support the Contracts Manager, manage CAFM workstreams, and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

The role requires at least 2 years in S&M or FM, strong CAFM skills, and proficient IT and Excel reporting. Monday to Friday, permanent, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a challenging S&M or FM environment.
• Solid CAFM system experience is essential.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.
• Strong IT skills in Word/Excel and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Contracts Manager and monitor contract progress.
• Act as CAFM focal point and manage 100+ daily callouts while adhering to SLAs.
• Raise quotes from costing sheets and track costs.
• Coordinate reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works per contract.
• Liaise with engineers and subcontractors; escalate issues as needed.
• Audit reports for compliance and fluid invoicing.
