Job summary

Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Contractor Operations Consultant to own the post-offer contractor journey, from onboarding through assignment completion, including contracts, compliance, timesheets and finance administration.

You will build strong relationships with our contractor network, spotting extensions, redeployment opportunities and upcoming projects, feeding insights back to the interim recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment operations, contractor onboarding, compliance, payroll or recruitment administration.
• Experience with umbrella companies, timesheets or contractor payroll is advantageous.
• Ability to take ownership and develop contractor operations, compliance, finance and commercial insight.

Job description

We're looking for a Contractor Operations Consultant to join our growing interim recruitment team and take ownership of everything that happens after a contractor accepts an offer.

You'll manage the contractor journey from offer through to assignment completion, covering onboarding, contracts, compliance, timesheets, finance administration and contractor care.

You'll also build strong relationships with our contractor network, keeping close to what they're working on and spotting extensions, redeployment opportunities, upcoming projects and potential hiring needs to feed back to our recruitment team.

About you

You're highly organised, proactive and commercially curious. You're confident dealing with contractors, clients and internal teams, comfortable chasing when needed, and have excellent attention to detail.

Experience in recruitment operations, contractor onboarding, compliance, payroll or recruitment administration would be advantageous, particularly experience with umbrella companies, timesheets or contractor payroll.

This is a key role within our growing contract and interim business, with the opportunity to take real ownership and develop across contractor operations, compliance, finance and commercial insight.
