Contracts Coordinator –Maidstone- £35k OTE

The Role

• Development of our larger contracts to maintain & increase service levels
• Maintain working pool of candidates in line with client requirement
• Liaise with onsite clients to receive booking requirements and ensure fulfilment with compliant and suitable candidate from working pool.
• To achieve and surpass specific KPI’s in line with Service Level Agreement
• Ensuring you provide a high-quality service to both your temps and client alike
• To be flexible with hours and locations, being both reactive and pro active to clients needs
