Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in outbound B2B sales with a strong win-rate.
• Confident in consultative selling and identifying customer needs.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Resilient, ambitious and self-motivated with passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from inbound and proactive outbound activity.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer challenges and position SafeContractor as the solution.
• Convert prospects into customers by guiding them through the sales process and closing opportunities.
• Manage prospect relationships and follow-up to maximise conversions and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio to unlock additional revenue.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for visibility and forecasting.
