Recruitment Consultant, NES Fircroft Manchester

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and managing the full recruitment process. This role combines business development, candidate engagement, and market expertise to deliver successful hiring outcomes and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Client Outreach – Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients & build relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment opportunities and promote our service offerings.
• Candidate Sourcing & Qualification – Identify, engage, and qualify candidates to assess suitability against client requirements and market demands.
• Interview Coordination & Placement Support – Arrange candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from shortlist to offer stage. Coordinate feedback and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications and experience

• 3+ years sales experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Comfortable working independently with strong time‑management abilities
