Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is recruiting 2 Contract Surveyors to join our national team, managing mechanical and electrical assets across the organisation with a focus on water hygiene or electrics, ensuring services are delivered safely and in line with contractual requirements.

You will be the key link between internal teams and contractors, overseeing reactive repairs, contract performance, and continuous improvement in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing M&E or heating contractors.
• Membership of CIOB, CIBSE, or CIPS, and/or Level 3+ built environment qualification (e.g., water hygiene, electrical, asbestos).
• Desirable: social housing service delivery understanding and HND/HNC in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E/heating asset streams and ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Act as the key link between internal teams and contractors to oversee reactive repairs and service levels.
• Oversee contracts, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement with Operations Manager.
