Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is recruiting a Contract Surveyor to join our national team managing mechanical and electrical assets across the organisation, with a primary focus on water hygiene risk assessments. You’ll coordinate day-to-day asset streams and ensure services are delivered safely and in line with legal and contractual requirements.

You’ll act as the key link between internal teams and water hygiene contractors, ensuring reactive repairs are completed, compliance standards are met, and

Qualifications

• Membership of CIOB, CIBSE or CIPS or a Level 3+ built environment qualification.
• Water hygiene (P901) or Electrical (L2/L3/AM2) or Asbestos (P405) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day for specific M&E or water hygiene asset streams and ensure safe service delivery and legal/contractual compliance.
• Act as the key link between internal teams and water hygiene contractors, ensuring reactive repairs and high service levels.
• Manage contracts, monitor performance, and work with Operations Manager to drive improvements.
