Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Contract Surveyor to join our national team, focusing on water hygiene within the property services framework. You will manage day-to-day asset streams, ensure safety, address contractor performance, and drive improvements.

Membership in CIOB/CIBSE/CIPS or a Level 3+ qualification (water hygiene, electrical, or asbestos) is preferred. Candidates should have experience coordinating M&E or heating contractors and be able to travel across regions.

Qualifications

• Membership of CIOB, CIBSE, or CIPS, and/or a Level 3 or higher technical or built environment qualification, such as water hygiene (P901), Electrical (L2,L3, AM2) or Asbestos (P405).
• Desirable experience includes service delivery in social housing, understanding operational compliance for M&E or heating assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical assets across the organisation, focusing on water hygiene and water risk assessments.
• Coordinate or manage M&E or heating contractors.
• Ensure compliance standards are met and service levels are maintained.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
