Job summary

Lancer Scott, based in Bristol, seeks a Contract Support Scheduler/Estimator to join the Service Delivery Team. You will build relationships, manage work orders and coordinate between engineers, account managers and clients to ensure timely delivery.

You will handle scheduling, costing support, and diary management while maintaining SLA compliance and efficient operations across retail and hospitality projects. The role offers a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with external and internal clients; deliver exceptional client experience.
• Be the first point of contact for clients and engineers via phone or email.
• Record, allocate and process work orders in the CAFM system and client portals.
• Respond to client, Account Manager and Engineer inquiries within set timescales.
• Ensure work orders meet client SLAs, KPIs and internal processes.
• Maintain diary management; complete tasks within required timeframes.
• Manage quoted works; liaise between Engineers and Account Manager for paperwork and costing.
• Meet all client requirements set by Account Managers & Head of Service Delivery.
• Monitor mailbox; highlight emergency call-outs for action.
• Assign works to LS Engineers/Subcontractors by skill and area; ensure daily planning and delivery within FSLA.
• Raise purchase orders at appropriate level; share updates via CAFM and Client portals.
