Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Contract Supervisor in Stratford-upon-Avon to oversee the operation of our managed facilities and to ensure reliable, compliant service delivery. You will manage electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security and building automation systems, develop preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate vendors, mentor technicians, and report on performance and financial metrics.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• FM knowledge and facilities management experience.
• Certification: 18th Edition or F-Gas is preferred.
• Leadership experience to supervise a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations, including electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security and building automation.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure adherence.
• Respond to client requests and maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and performance, ensuring quality of service.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and facility staff; read blueprints and manuals.
• Prepare regular reports on facility performance and financial metrics.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Supervisor in Stratford - upon - Avon to oversee the operation of our managed facilities.

The Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings, ensuring preventative maintenance is performed, responding to client requests, and identifying and pursuing opportunities for facility improvements and additional service offerings.

The Role

• Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including but not not limited to: Electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security systems, and building automation systems.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to these schedules.
• Respond to and resolve client requests and maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and oversee vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, managing performance, and ensuring quality of service.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned facilities and the surrounding area.
• Assist with the development of proposals and bids for new business.
• Opportunity to grow, supervisor and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and other facility staff.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and financial metrics.

Experience & Qualifications
