Salary: £63,000 – £65,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Contract Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of day engineers, fabric engineer and on‑site admin.
• Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep plant rooms in excellent condition and operational readiness.
• Deliver reactive works and minor project improvements to contract standards.
• Attend client meetings, providing updates on performance and site delivery.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site.
