Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a 6-month rolling contract on site in Suffolk. The role involves assisting the site manager, supervising works and subcontractors, and ensuring CDM compliance and programme adherence.

You will produce timely reports, monitor health and safety standards, and feed back information to the site manager while supporting clients to meet KPIs and promote best practice across the project.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CDM regulations on site.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and manage on-site works.
• Produce timely reports and updates to the site manager.
• Maintain high health and safety standards and feed back information.
• Ensure works delivered to programme while meeting KPIs.
• Comply with HSQE and welfare policies.
• Lead by example in health, safety, quality & environmental management.
• Set Safe Systems of Work and issue Permits to Dig.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager and supervise on-site works, including subcontractors.
