• Handle enquiries and complaints for the service.
• Plan day-to-day operations, staffing and resources.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor permit compliance.
• Ensure work meets quality standards.
• Facilitate visitor and contractor safety; permits to work.
• Lead by example and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor team and site for safe operations.
• Ensure team are trained and monitored to standard.
• Provide feedback on close calls and maintain respectful reporting.
• People management where required.
• Undertake personal development.
