Job summary

Triumph Consultants Limited is recruiting a School Financial Advisor to support Leicestershire Traded Services across county locations, managing school finances and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will handle budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and work closely with school leaders and governors. This role is office-based, 37 hours per week, 5-6 months, located in Glenfield, Leicestershire with a PAYE pay rate of £17.17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Finance qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 4.
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience in school finance and budgeting.
• Diploma in School Business Management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support schools with financial management systems, accounts, records and statutory returns.
• Prepare, monitor and evaluate annual and multi-year budgets, including forecasts.
• Produce financial reports and budget monitoring information for school leaders and governors.
• Work with colleagues to ensure delivery of service standards and financial best practice.
• Promote the service and ensure compliance with current financial regulations.
