Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 qualification in finance or equivalent.
• Experience in school finance, including budget management.
• Diploma in School Business Management advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgeting, accounting procedures and financial management guidance to schools.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditure, produce financial reports and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support statutory returns.
• Build relationships with school leaders to promote best practice.
• Identify opportunities to grow the service commercially.
