Job summary

Sureserve is a leading provider of compliance and energy services across the UK, with nearly 4,000 employees and offices nationwide. We have a permanent role in Liverpool for an administrator focused on scheduling and coordinating installation work.

The successful candidate will manage diaries, coordinate engineers and surveyors, process documentation, and maintain records while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous contract administration or administrative experience in gas/energy/maintenance or social housing.
• Confident communicator who builds relationships with residents, clients, engineers and senior management.
• Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate engineering activities across gas installations contracts and manage changing priorities.
• Track job progress, update schedules, and confirm availability and completion dates with engineers.
• Maintain accurate records and provide client reports; resolve issues and communicate with customers.
• Assist with invoice processing and finance-related administration in collaboration with operations and management.
