Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking a Contract Project Manager in Leeds to lead a high‑impact MSP migration for a Financial Services client. You will own end-to-end planning, governance and execution, coordinating across IT, security and operations to ensure a smooth handover.

This delivery-focused contract role requires strong governance, incident/change management and stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid onsite/remote delivery model in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IT transitions as a contract PM.
• Experience in regulated Financial Services environments with risk and audit controls.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management across IT and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MSP migration programme: mobilisation, discovery, transition, cutover, handover.
• Build and manage an integrated project plan across service management, infrastructure, EUC, identity, security and networking workstreams.
• Coordinate ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) between MSPs with no service degradation.
• Own governance for a regulated Financial Services environment with controls and audit trails.
• Run RAID, RAG, steering packs, dependency management and milestone reporting.
• Manage suppliers and commercial stakeholders, ensuring SLAs and deliverables are met.
• Lead cutover planning with parallel running, runbooks and rollback planning.
• Ensure security/compliance alignment: ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR; manage access governance and monitoring handover.
