Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Project Planner to join our UK Cloud and Infrastructure delivery team. You will lead planning sessions, build detailed plans using MSP, and drive risk assessment across multiple programs and client environments.

You’ll mentor PMs and PMOs, ensuring consistent planning practices, data integrity, and effective governance. Hybrid working across UK offices and client sites is offered, with pre-employment checks and SC clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience with project planning software.
• Ability to create and manage complex project plans and schedules.
• Strong mentoring and advisory skills for PMO teams.

Responsibilities

• Outline project scope against contracts.
• Create project plans using MSP.
• Identify and evaluate project risks.
• Ensure the PMO has comprehensive project data to improve delivery.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Project Planning and Microsoft Project.
• Provide mentoring and advice to Project Managers and PMO on planning.
