Job summary

Solution Performance Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Programme Manager to lead a busy transformation function in Nottingham. You will govern IT and business change portfolios, drive executive updates and ensure delivery across multiple workstreams.

You will excel in governance, stakeholder management and delivery assurance, coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting ERP and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating as a Programme Manager within complex environments.
• Strong programme governance and PMO leadership capability.
• Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience building executive-level reporting and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance across a diverse portfolio of IT and business change programmes.
• Drive programme reporting, RAID management and executive updates.
• Ensure project managers and delivery teams maintain programme standards and governance requirements.
• Monitor delivery progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate steering groups, governance forums and status reviews.
• Support large-scale ERP and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across IT, Operations, Supply Chain and Business functions.
• Escalate critical issues and ensure appropriate resolution paths are followed.
• Maintain portfolio visibility and planning across current and future initiatives.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
• Supply chain & Logistics sector experience
• Proven experience operating as a Programme Manager within complex environments.
